How to access DIB alt phone banking

All you need is your 15-digit account number, 7 digit ID number or 16 digit Card number, along with your 4 digit T-PIN (Phone Banking PIN). If you have not applied for a T-PIN at the time of account opening, register in any of the following ways:

DIB alt phone banking/alt online Banking/Express Banking Terminals: go to Services > Phone Banking Registration.
At any Dubai Islamic Bank branch by filling in the Phone Banking Registration Form. The T-PIN will be delivered to the Dubai Islamic Bank branch of your choice, from where you can have it collected.

DIB alt phone banking service allows you to access your Account/Card information and perform transactions over the phone using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system. You can use your T-PIN for security or you can also speak to a phone banking agent who can provide you with more details and information.

Your T-PIN is your password for the DIB alt phone banking service to access your account information. To safeguard your information, you must ensure that you never share your T-PIN with anyone.

You can call DIB alt phone banking or visit https://online.dib.ae (alt online) to reset your T-PIN

How do I ensure the security and confidentiality of my banking information?

Always keep your account information and PIN confidential.
Always change your T-PIN on a regular basis.
Never e-mail sensitive data, such as account information or PIN to anyone and remember that Dubai Islamic Bank will never ask for such information

Is there any charge for DIB alt phone banking service?

There are absolutely no registration or monthly charges for the DIB alt phone banking service. However, charges could apply for some banking services. For further details please refer to Bank Schedule of Charges (AED 10 for re-issuance of T-PIN through the Branch).
