Interactive eStatement has the same frequency as your paper statement however you may choose a different frequency through alt mobile or alt online at the time of registration or later as required.

What is an Interactive e-Statement?
As part of DIB’s SMART banking initiative, we at DIB continuously endeavour to provide paperless digital services for your convenience as well as to ensure our environment stays protected. DIB Interactive e-Statement is an interactive version of your traditional paper statement that provides you with a consolidated summary of your Accounts, Deposits, Wala’a Dirhams, Finances and Cards, all in one interactive document. A separate Interactive e-Statement for your Card/Cards will be sent as per your Card billing cycle.
How can I change my email address?
You can change the email address from various channels:
Online Banking: Services menu > Miscellaneous >Update Personal Information or e-Statement Registration
Mobile App: Settings > e-Statement Registration
DIB Branches: Simply visit any DIB Branch with your original Emirates ID
Can I print my Interactive eStatement?
Yes, you can download the PDF version of the e-Statement embedded within the Interactive e-Statement & print it through the printer connected to your device.
Will Interactive eStatements look the same as my paper statement?
Interactive e-Statement when printed will be same as your paper statement and can be downloaded, saved and printed as required.
Do I need additional software to view Interactive eStatements?
No special software or app is required to view, save or print your e-Statement. It will open in a web browser on your PC/laptop or mobile device.
Is there a charge for receiving Interactive eStatements?
There are no fee/charges applicable.
