WHAT IS ABS?

Exclusively created to address the business needs of our corporate customers, the Ahlan Banking Services Hotline comprises of dedicated bank personnel, available to handle all manner of enquiries ranging from checking account balances to determining the status of clearing cheques.

 

CHEQUE MANAGEMENT

Cheque handling services (excluding cash cheques) include clearing, transfer and collection requirements. In case of returned cheques, customers will be duly updated in a timely manner and for added convenience, the returned cheque will be delivered to your office through our courier service.

 

 

 

FOREIGN EXCHANGE & MONEY MARKET INFORMATION

Customers will be provided with regular market updates via the weekly 'Treasury Newsletter'; covering financial events, money market rates and movements in major currencies and commodities.

EXPRESS TRANSACTIONS

While a daily courier service is available to customers, in case of urgent requirements to send transaction requests like internal transfers, outward remittance etc, the same may be initiated via fax. (Facility available to customers who have signed the standard fax indemnity form. Note that the original instruction / hard copy is to be delivered to the bank for record purposes.) The bank further commits to a same day turnaround on fax instructions received by 12.30 pm, a convenient and extended cut-off time.

 

 

COURIER SERVICES

Enjoy the convenience and security of a daily courier pick-up and delivery service for your routine banking transactions. The service is available for clearing / post dated / transfer cheques, trade finance documents, remittance instructions, local Murabaha statements, cheque book requests etc. and can be arranged between 8.00 am and 12.00 pm.

 

HOTLINE & AUTO-FAX REPORTS

Our dedicated Corporate Service Team in Dubai, Abu Dhabi are being designed specifically as a one-point-contact for all transactional banking requirements. Customers will also have fax/phone access to the exclusive Ahlan Banking Services unit to provide proactive support in terms of Operations, Advisory, Consultancy and creative solutions for regular, complex transactions.
