In case of any cancellation, customer should inform call center 6 hours prior of the booking. Cancellations made 6 hours in advance prior to the reservation date shall be refunded to the same method of payment. Cancellations made in less than 6 hours in advance prior to the reservation date, will not be refunded
Reservations may not be transferred between Al Futtaim IKEA stores.e.g. If a reservation is made at IKEA Dubai Festival City, the customer must attend to that same store to avail the offer
Upon arrival, Al Futtaim IKEA reserves the right to request a form of identification for children under 10 years to confirm that they are eligible for the relevant price option. Failure to verify a child’s age, may result in forfeiture of the child pricing option and the full pricing option will become applicable. Sharing of the buffet with customers who did not pay to partake in the Ramadan Iftar Buffet is not permissible.
