• In case of any cancellation, customer should inform call center 6 hours prior of the booking. Cancellations made 6 hours in advance prior to the reservation date shall be refunded to the same method of payment. Cancellations made in less than 6 hours in advance prior to the reservation date, will not be refunded
• Reservations may not be transferred between Al Futtaim IKEA stores.e.g. If a reservation is made at IKEA Dubai Festival City, the customer must attend to that same store to avail the offer
