Update your Emirates ID

IMPORTANT

As per UAE Central Bank regulations, it is mandatory for every customer to update their latest Emirates ID details. You will not be able to access banking services such as ATM cash withdrawals, Debit/Credit Card transactions and more if the information is not update with the bank by the 28th of February, 2019.

GET TO KNOW

You can update your Emirates ID details in the following ways:

1. If you have never shared your Emirates ID details with the bank, please visit the nearest DIB branch with your original, valid Emirates ID.
2. If your Emirates ID details in the bank’s records are expired, you may:
   
   • Visit a DIB branch with your original Emirates ID; or
   • Email a copy of your Emirates ID (front and back) to UAEID.Update@dib.ae along with your CIF/account number.
