Roadside assistance

Never be stranded on the road without support with our complimentary roadside assistance up to 2 times per year.

The services that can be availed are as follows:

  1. Complimentary vehicle registration: Vehicle pick up and drop off (once a year) : Customers receive one round trip from their home to the nearest passing center for car registration purposes. Towing process only, excluding passing result and associated costs.
  2. Vehicle servicing- pick up and drop off (once a year): Customers enjoy a round trip from their home to the nearest dealer workshop for routine car servicing.
  3. Towing: Tow accident/damaged vehicles from the scene to the nearest workshop.
    Request available only if the vehicle is immobile.
  4. Fuel assistance: For vehicles out of fuel, 10 litres of petrol 92 is provided
    Petrol cost to be paid separately by the customer.
  5. Battery Boost: If the battery voltage is low, battery boosting services will be provided
  6. Flat tyre fixing: Flat tyres will be replaced with used ones, ensuring the spare tyre is in good condition.
  7. Lock-out service: Open door lock in case of forgetting car key inside locked car
    The service is provided only if the customer proves ownership of the car
  8. Off-road pull out: Rescue of vehicles stuck in sand, extracting them from desert environments.
  9. Discounted International Driving License: 25% discount on International Driving license for cardholders after collecting the needed documentation
