Complimentary Rounds of Golf - Terms and Conditions

• Golf Booking needs to be done minimum 5 calendar days in advance (date of placing the request and play is excluded)
• Golf booking can be done maximum 30 days in advance
• Date and time of play are subject to availability and on first come first serve basis
• There will be an authorization transaction of AED 2 for every access on the eligible Credit Card which will be automatically reversed after successful validation of the card.
• Cancellation needs to be done minimum 3 calendar days prior to the date of play
• DIB cards can be used for Sharia compliant services only.
• An applicable fee [Up to AED 600 ] per game will be levied to your card, in case of the below scenarios:
  
  • If the minimum spend criteria is not met
  • In case of a no-show for the golf booking
  • If a cancellation is done outside the cancellation window
• Usage of complimentary rounds of golf by the Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the total eligibility of 4 per month on the SHAMS Infinite card.

Complimentary Fitness First Access – Terms and Conditions

• Valid emirates ID needs and physical DIB SHAMS Infinite Card should be presented to gain access to Fitness First outlets; digital wallet will NOT be accepted.
• There will be an authorization transaction of AED 1 for every access on the eligible Credit Card which will be automatically reversed after successful validation of the card.
• This offer applies to Fitness First non-members only.
• Existing cardholders who are currently Fitness First members cannot avail this offer.
• If the DIB cardholder is already a member of Fitness First, then they will not be allowed to apply for cancellation or freezing of their existing membership, in order to benefit from this offer
• Group Exercise Classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance and according to Fitness First booking policies and via Fitness First Mena application.
• DIB Cardholders accessing Fitness first clubs need to fill a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ Form) at club reception to use the club (First time only).
• DIB customers visiting and utilizing the club facilities will comply with Fitness First rules and regulations including health and safety regulations dictated by the club as applicable to other members.
• DIB cards can be used for Sharia compliant services only.
• Complimentary access to Fitness First is limited up to 31 visits per calendar month.
• Usage of complimentary Fitness First access the Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the total eligibility of 31 per month on the SHAMS Infinite card.
• An applicable fee [up to AED 65] will be charged per visit on the Credit Card if the minimum spend criteria is not met in a calendar month or in case of excess usage in a calendar month.

• Add-ons are not included in the offer and the customer needs to pay for the add-on to the beverage

Complimentary Airport Transfers – Terms and Conditions

• Booking needs to be done minimum 2 calendar days in advance (date of placing the request and travel is excluded)
• Booking can be done maximum 3 months prior to travel date
• Not applicable on inter-emirate transfers
• Cancellation needs to be done minimum 12 hours prior to the time of pick up else service will be considered as utilized
• A fee of AED 50 will be charged to the customer beyond a waiting period of 20 minutes.
• A fee [Up to AED 250] will be charged on the Credit Card if the minimum spend criteria is not met in a calendar month
• There will be an authorization transaction of AED 2 for every access on the eligible Credit Card which will be automatically reversed after successful validation of the card.
• Usage of the complimentary service by Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the total eligibility of 4 per annum on SHAMS Infinite card and 2 per annum on SHAMS Signature card.

Complimentary Valet Parking -  Terms and Conditions

• This Valet Parking Service Offer only applies to Standard (regular) Valet Parking Service at the offered locations.
• Additional charges will be levied by the service provider directly to the cardholder for VIP parking service availed.
• An applicable fee [Up to AED 85] will be charged per visit on the Credit Card if the minimum spend criteria is not met in a calendar month or in case of excess usage in a calendar month.
• Usage of the complimentary valet parking by Supplementary Cardholder will be counted towards the total eligibility of 4 per month on SHAMS Infinite card and 2 per month on SHAMS Signature card.
